When the damaged instrument arrives at the workshop, I first draw up a precise analysis of the damage and contact you to discuss the necessary work and costs. Each step of the repair is carefully documented, so that you can later present a detailed “service log book” for your instrument. In many cases, certain superficial corrections will actually remain invisible and your instrument radiates once more in its original splendour.
